Das tragbare, flach verpackbare Textilmodul wird an Fenster- oder Türöffnungen positioniert. Indem Wasser zum Medium der passiven Kühlung wird, aktiviert das Befüllen des integrierten Wasserreservoirs ein kontrolliertes Tropfsystem, das das Textil kontinuierlich befeuchtet und so Verdunstungskühlung sowie ein ritualisiertes Mikroklima erzeugt.

Midi explores an alternative future for domestic comfort during hot summer days, where comfort is cultivated through natural cooling processes rather than electronically conditioned. Designed as a portable, flat-pack textile module, it is placed at domestic openings. As water becomes a medium for passive cooling, by filling the integrated water reservoir, the user activates a controlled release system that gradually humidifies the textile, enabling evaporative cooling and a ritualised microclimate.
