In meinem Projekt habe ich angesichts des Klimaanpassungsgesetzes ein Kühlungssystem für urbane Räume gestaltet, welches ein herkömmliches Fallrohrsegment ersetzt. Das System besteht aus einem Wassertank, das Regen auffängt, speichert und über langsames Abtropfen die darunterliegenden Kühlungssegmente speißt. Diese sind mit Terracotta-ausschussmaterial gefüllt, welches von Fabriken bezogen wird. Über Luftzirkulation wird die umliegende Luft durch das Terracottamaterial gekühlt.

In response to the Climate Adaptation Act, my project features a cooling system for urban spaces that replaces a conventional downpipe segment. The system consists of a water tank that collects and stores rainwater, which then slowly drips to feed the cooling segments below. These segments are filled with terracotta waste material sourced from factories. Through air circulation, the surrounding air is cooled by the terracotta material.
